The 2016-2017 NFL season is very much under way through week seven the the NFL has yet to disappoint to the emergeance of dark-horse teams, surprising play by teams who were once considered to be a top contender, and to teams that seem to thrive in adversity and the big stage. After the loss to Vikings' quarterback Teddy Bridgwater due to a knee injury and loss of All-Pro running back Adrain Peterson an immediate gloom bared over Minnesota's season. The Vikings are now one of the undefeated teams left and are turning heads around the league as serious contender. The once favorite Carolina Panthers to make to contend for another super bowl are looking from their 14-2 super bowl run from last season as they currently sit at (1-5).
In the MLB around this time year is when dreams come true as the race for the World Series title is on. The playoffs are currently in the League Championship rounds where the Cleveland Indians face the Toronto Blue in the ALCS(American League) while the Chicago Cubs face-off against the L.A. Dodgers. The Indians' lead their series 3-1 and the Dodgers lead theirs 2-1; winner of each series while play each other the final round of the Championship series.
In the basketball world; Is it unfair for a NBA team to have four superstars on one team? The Golden State Warriors might say otherwise as this season they prepare to do the unthinkable. This 2016-2017 season the Warriors will have a starting lineup of four max-deal players, opposing teams must now figure how combat a team with Steph Curry, Draymond Green, KlayThompson, and newly acquired All-star Kevin Durant. To think that the warriors were seen as "unstoppable" now the addition of Durant puts them as sure favorites to win it all.
